Key Benefits of Our Plaster Carts

Standex plaster carts are designed for clinical efficiency, durability and safe movement of materials across busy hospital and clinic environments. Every cart is built from high-grade steel or stainless steel, offering long-term strength, easy cleaning and dependable performance in demanding plaster rooms.

  • Suitable for NHS hospitals, clinics and treatment rooms
  • Available in multiple tray configurations
  • Smooth, quiet castors for easy manoeuvrability
  • Wipe-clean surfaces for infection control
  • Options for stainless steel construction
  • Built for daily clinical use

Compare Our Plaster Carts

Here’s a quick comparison of the two models to help you choose the right option for your clinical setting.

Both carts are built for clinical use, but they differ in configuration and setup. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the right model:

  • Drawer Size: One model uses a standard 410 × 470 mm drawer, while the other offers a wider 610 × 470 mm drawer.
  • Overbridge Setup: One cart includes an overbridge that’s pre-installed and ready for immediate use. The other supplies the overbridge unmounted, ideal if your team prefers custom configuration on-site.
  • Accessories: The pre-installed model includes a fitted P4-M354 module. The unmounted overbridge version includes tilt-out bins and multiple universal accessory rails.
  • Best For: Choose the pre-installed model for “ready-to-roll” ward use. Choose the unmounted overbridge model if you want flexible installation.

Choosing the Right Plaster Cart

When selecting a plaster cart, consider how the equipment will be used day-to-day. Stainless steel offers greater corrosion resistance for heavy clinical use, while powder-coated steel is ideal for lighter handling or smaller departments. Additional trays allow faster workflow and better organisation, especially in high-volume plaster rooms.

If your setting requires controlled storage, models with locking options provide added security for materials and equipment.
